Joe's House Application
Joe’s House assists men leaving prison, treatment, or traditional transitional housing with the best housing options possible. Many formally incarcerated people need good housing to stabilize their work schedules, their parole stipulations, and their general re-entry. Paroling residents and Case Managers must locate individually matched and viable housing, so Joe’s House works on a case-by-case basis to provide the cleanest, safest, and best quality housing available.

Qualification Standards –
Applicant must have current photo identification and a valid social security number.
Applicant’s monthly household income must exceed three times the rent.
All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered.
Applicants must receive a positive reference from a previous landlord.
Applicants should not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from the previous landlord.
Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life.
A background check may be conducted on all applicants.
Occupancy is limited to 1 person per bedroom.
In the event of multiple applicants, tenancy will be granted to the most qualified, based on the above criteria.
